Perfect place to stay to explore Boston. All the staff were friendly and helpful from the valet to the bell hop and front desk. Perfect for families who want to walk to the Aquarium . Will definitely be staying again. Side note the bartender ( cant remember her name) made amazing drinks for me and my husband. She was engaging and friendly to all patrons.

We had such a great experience during our stay! The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond, even surprising us with anniversary gifts, which made our trip extra special. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable about the building and the surrounding area, offering great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the property felt welcoming and upscale. On checkout day, they even stored our bags so we could spend another day exploring the city without worrying about our luggage — a huge help! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Boston and close to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. We’ll definitely be back for another stay!

We've been Marriott owners for almost 20 years. This was our best experience yet and we have loved all our stays/locations. The Custom House, which is very historic, is in the center of everything, the suite was lovely and the building magnificent, the people were extremely helpful and gracious. Every evening there was some sort of get together and they also offered cookies in the lobby each night. They had a great setup for a continental breakfast, very reasonablely priced, and a nice bar. We loved the make your own granola bar they had one afternoon. They even offered guided tours, some free, others with a small fee. We could not have asked for a better experience. Monika, the conceige was wonderful.

Wonderful stay with great service and views. Smooth check-in, very friendly staff, and a fantastic location near Quincy Market and the North End. The rooftop viewing deck with 360 views over Boston is a big bonus. Heads-up that non-owners may be invited to a Marriott Vacation Club presentation, but declining was no problem at all. Would definitely stay again.

What a fun experience for us to visit Boston for the first time! Other than our only parking option costing $56/day (I'm not even sure where the valet take the cars, but I think it's across the street). We love the top floor panoramic view, and the convenience of a fitness center and laundry room, along with the game room and theater, are great.

Our stay at the Marriott Vacation Club at Custom House in Boston Ma was nothing short of incredible! The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay comfortable and unforgettable; Laila at the front desk had a bottle of wine and charcuterie board with a card sent up to our room for our occasion and it made us feel so special! The hotel is clean, smells incredible, and the view from the overlook at the 25th floor is beautiful. We definitely reccomend staying, it is well worth it

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for a trip to Boston. Everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. We only had to Uber twice for restaurants a bit further away. But that was only because we have some foot injuries. The walk to those places were no more than 20-25 minute walks anyway. The service was amazing and we felt very well taken care of. They also have special tours of the building and we even got to do the dark chocolate tasting course. It wasn’t too long but still delicious and informative. There is also a look out tower right under the clock. I recommend a day, twilight, and night visit up there. It’s gorgeous. The room worked perfectly. It was just my mom and me and as an experienced couch fold-out bed guy, it was a comfortable bed. The room has a great view as well.
